The Consortium of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (Aceto Balsamico di Modena) has teamed up with 50+-year-old heritage gelateria Gelato-Go to develop a new, limited-edition gelato flavor that highlights European export’s versatility.
Though a seemingly unconventional flavor, the bright acidic top notes of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena gelato give way to a rich, creamy aftertaste that both cleanses the palate and excites the tastebuds. More than just an easy dressing over salad, Gelato Go has incorporated the slightly acidic and well-rounded flavor notes of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to create a rich dessert with a crave-able depth of flavor.
The collaboration gelato flavor will be on Gelato-Go’s menu from August 24th through August 30th at the Hollywood and Beverly Hills locations for outdoor dining and takeout.
