LRG Becomes Apple Music Curator

More than clothing and concepts, it’s a way of living.

Streetwear and apparel brand LRG (Lifted Research Group) announced they have become a curator on Apple Music. LRG is one of only a handful of top fashion brands to earn elite access as official curators.

“LRG has always been rooted in music. We support a tremendous amount of artists that range from underground to mainstream,” states LRG’s Director of Marketing Rene Garzona. “We’re excited and thankful that our friends at Apple Music are giving us an opportunity to curate a variety of playlists, which allows us to share our diversity in music as a brand.”

Aimed to overthrow the masses through their influential clothing, LRG has designed their playlists to do the same. The streetwear apparel company will be teaming up with guest artists to curate the ultimate listening experience. Working as the ultimate support group for the independent and underground culture, the first of many playlists to be released will give listeners an inside look at LRG. The brand aims to put the spotlight where they think it really belongs, as Lifted Research Group is much more than clothing and concepts, it’s a way of living.

The first playlists:
Unity Through Diversity
Children of Vision
Underground Inventive, Overground Effective
Deeper Roots Stronger Branches

As a streetwear company who has it engrained in their DNA to be heavily involved in supporting artists both underground and mainstream – this opportunity proves a true honor. LRG has acquired the support of both established and upcoming artists such as Kanye West, Drake, Migos, Gucci Mane and many more throughout the years.
