“The Fourth Phase” LA Premiere with Travis Rice

Snowboarder, Travis Rice, attends LA premiere of the much anticipated film, "The Fourth Phase." This film takes viewers on his journey in finding new terrain in the Pacific Northwest.

More than 4,000 fans came together to cheer on winter at the highly-anticipated world premiere of “The Fourth Phase,” a film produced by Red Bull Media House, starring Travis Rice. The premiere, held at Los Angeles’ iconic Shrine Auditorium, welcomed the film’s entire cast and crew including pro snowboarders Rice, Mark Landvik, Eric Jackson, and more. They were joined by fans, top athletes including Ryan Sheckler, Gracie Gold, and Ian Walsh, friends, and family. The film, created with state-of-the-art technology and screened in 4K and Dolby Surround Sound, was juxtaposed with a theater that’s been hosting premieres since films were silent.

“The Fourth Phase” tells the story of iconic snowboarder Travis Rice embarking on a journey to dreamlike landscapes around the North Pacific, discovering more than new terrain. Initiated in 2013, “The Fourth Phase” carves a fresh path, using an artistic blend of action, story, and cinematography to bring this stunning feature to life.

From L.A., the film heads off on a global screening tour, before premiering worldwide on October 2. In a one-time, first-of-kind global event “The Fourth Phase” will premiere for free online at 9 p.m., with pre-show starting at 8:30 p.m. (time-shifted to local time worldwide) on Red Bull TV or as an app across devices, wherever they are connected. “The Fourth Phase” goes on sale, October 3, with pre-orders now available on TheFourthPhase.com.
