In order to keep up with the burdens being a huge celebrity brings, Kevin Hart had to bring his A-game into the weight room. Adapting what he defines as a “healthy mindset,” Hart is committed to a “no excuses, no days off” mantra that comprises daily 5:30 a.m. training sessions. Including everything from heavy ropes to elevated leg lefts, the comedian stays on top of his game both on…and off the stage.
